All sales through Digital Ties are final.
No refunds. No returns. No exchanges. No cancellations.
Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed or canceled, for any reason.
Please double-check your address before completing your order. We are not responsible for packages shipped to the wrong address due to customer error.
DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEM?
If you received the wrong item or your order arrived damaged, email us immediately at:

All issues must be reported within 10 business days of receiving the item.
We’ll review and respond as quickly as possible.
SHIPPING & PROCESSING
All orders are processed in the order they’re received.
Please allow 7–10 business days for your order to ship.
Once shipped, you will receive tracking info by email.
We do not control carrier delays and are not liable for delivery time once the package leaves our facility.
DELAYED / LOST / STOLEN PACKAGES
If your tracking shows the order was delivered, but you didn’t receive it:
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered.
We do not offer refunds or replacements in these cases.
