Attempted Delivery & Returned Packages Policy

Once a delivery attempt has been made to the shipping address provided at checkout, our delivery obligation is considered fulfilled. We are not responsible for making an additional delivery attempt if a package is refused, unclaimed, undeliverable, or returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address.

If the package is returned to us, the customer may be required to pay a new shipping fee before it can be resent. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. Tracking information and carrier confirmation of the attempted delivery may be used as proof of fulfillment in the event of a payment dispute or chargeback.
